During the solidification process of the casting, cavities are formed due to the lack of metal compensation for shrinkage; the pouring temperature is too high or the distribution of mold temperature gradient is unreasonable; the injection pressure and boost pressure are insufficient; the design of the internal gate is too thin or the area is too small, resulting in premature solidification and hindering the pressure transmission and metal liquid re-suppression; there are thermal joints or drastic changes in cross-section in the casting structure; the pouring volume of the metal liquid is insufficient and the remaining material is too thin to play a role in re-suppression.
