Density and Strength: The density of aluminum is approximately 2.7 g/cm³. After alloying, it still retains its lightweight property. Through mechanisms such as solid solution strengthening and aging strengthening, the strength can reach 400 - 700 MPa.
2. Corrosion Resistance: The surface Al₂O₃ oxide film has self-repairing properties, and the corrosion-resistant aluminum alloy performs exceptionally well.
3. Thermal and electrical conductivity: Maintains approximately 70% of the electrical conductivity of the aluminum matrix, which is superior to that of steel materials.
4. Processing performance: Excellent ductility, enabling various forming processes such as rolling, extrusion, and forging.
