① The poor fluidity of the alloy liquid may be attributed to the alloy composition, temperature or poor filling conditions;
② Excessive entrained air and oxidized inclusions in the alloy liquid, or high iron content, have affected its quality;
③ The pouring temperature or mold temperature is too low;
④ Poor filling conditions, such as too low pressure or excessive entrainment of gas;
⑤ Improper operation, such as excessive spraying of coating or accumulation of coating, resulting in the inability of gases to volatilize.
Ageing treatment or chemical oxidation treatment on the surface can improve this problem. In addition, grinding the surface of the formed part, reducing the surface roughness Ra value to Ra0.8 - Ra0.4, reasonably choosing the mold cooling method, and avoiding strong cooling of the mold surface are also effective treatment measures.
